Upsell, shady attempts at PII access, refund loans

TurboTax continues to get worse and worse with the upselling, trying to trick me to hand over my Personal Information even though it has nothing to do with filing a tax return, and trying to sell refund loans as an alternative to simply getting a loan. The final screen that provides options for how to get my refund has gotten even trickier this year. I've been a customer for nearly 2 decades but I am getting tired of it and will be seriously considering moving to a different preparer next year because of the games.

Turbo Tax Filing is confusing and difficuly

After I purchased Desktop version, I was directed to the online version automaticaly, I wound up entering taxes online and then had to get a credit for the desktop version I just purchased. Very misleading.
Verification of identity at end of process is very cumbersome.

TurboTax has predatory behavior

TurboTax Premium fees took most of my return when I only needed to file some crypto information with it, in addition to that, the processing fee predatory behavior.... Not to mention that I had to do most of the work myself....
