I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and each year they just amazing me how easy the process is.
Anyone can file their return without worries of making a mistake! They walk you through the entire process and will always provide the exact information you need.

Good product but no perks for loyalty

I like the product and have been using it for years but I don’t feel like your company values loyalty. I see deals/discounts for new users but nothing for those of us who continue to return year after year. Retaining customers is more important than getting new ones so I was pretty disappointed seeing that.

What wonderful changes made for the 2024 tax return! I finished in record time. Especially delighted with self-employment changes and the addition of the triMet local tax form. Thanks, staff!

Too many additional fees are added to transmit the return. This should be highlighted when your tax returns are started,
