No, I don't want to upgrade. Stop asking

Being asked to upgrade to a higher priced service or add an additional service 5-plus times throughout the process was infuriating. Taxes are stressful enough -- having the process interrupted with screens asking me to pay more money was absolutely unnecessary.
Also, my dividends form did not have the non-resident state listed, so navigating that portion here on TurboTax was difficult and the "help" feature was unhelpful. That section alone took almost 20 minutes to do.

Simple to use. Just follow the instructions. You will love it. Not only that, I filed by February 28, 2025 and the cost was $0.00 ZERO!

More Fee's every year

I've used turbo tax since I was 16 (almost 20 years). It's easy to use and there are alot of helpful hints, but over the last few years TT has added more and more fees that sneak up on you.
