I am constantly bombarded with new features or offers I don't want/need. There is always a convenient reason why I have to upgrade my plan to something even more expensive. I hate this website.

I had a pleasant experience with filing this year as I have in the past; however, I never received my reuturn from 2023 tax season and I was able to confirm with the IRS that it was issued. I was also able to gain confirmation that the account and routing numbers attached to my bank were correct. I would appreciate correspondence with a human representative from Turbo Tax.

I'd prefer to see the forms as the data is going into Turbo Tax like it used to be. After several attempts could not get my Koinly upload to work so had to enter my 200+ trades manually.

Turbotax is a scam software!

I thought I was signing up for electronic transfer but only found out that I signed up for the ERPS 5-day early payment scam that you had me sign up for was not removable. I only found the charge once I reviewed my final tax forms with a $35 adder. I am done with your service now!
