Good program but slow

TurboTax works reasonably well. I believe my filings are accurate and complete with the electronic guidance from the program. Online program was really slow Feb 1 - 3; perhaps because of heavy usage. Nevertheless I was able to file my complete Fed and State returns by February 3 with refunds on the way.

Free? WHERE? You guys say free then end up taking $150 from people who need it. This is absurd and false advertising. People with multiple w2 & 1099 should get a break. I actually need the $150.00 you all are taking away from me
