Everything was good until the end , there doesnt seem to be a option to change last years direct deposit routing numbers luckily I still have the old account but next year I wont. Lot of people online having same problem. Other than that it was great

I LOVE TURBO TAX

I have used Turbo Tax for 4 years now. It breaks every little process down so that it's easier to understand. I've never had an issue with my returns or refunds. So thankful for Turbo Tax!

Easy but sneaky charges attempted in the end file

I strongly dislike the way the site tries to just add in charges for the filing process in the last minute. Be transparent and you will retain your customers. But adding sneaky fees for filing after already charging $188 is not nice or not the way to go. If there is an option to pay for the filing via your refund why would you try to charge a 40$ fee for that. its extortion. At most these simple returns with a small 1099 I had should be $100 dollars I will shop around next year and see if anyone is doing it cheaper.
