I've been filing my taxes using Turbo Tax since I started filing my own taxes. Turbo Tax is so easy to use, I don't know how else to do taxes without Turbo Tax and without having to spend a lot of money to pay a tax preparer.

Most everything worked well, I just had trouble figuring out how to update my direct deposit information and the chatbot on the website was not very helpful at all.
