Product got worse, tons of rework this year

Much worse this year. got into loops. Imports created errors with different values than my forms had. Couldn't edit, had to go way back and delete. Tons of rework.

This year was way more confusing with your screens, going back over the same things many times, and asking us over and over to upgrade. Frustrated! Would have been faster to just hand do it myself instead of using Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax is The Biggest Rip Off Ever-170 dollars

It's insane that we basically are doing our own taxes online WHICH IS A GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT and we are being charged and outrageous price to do it ourselves with the help of some basic crappy software where we have to input the majority of our information in anyways. What "service" are we exactly for??? The biggest rip off I've ever heard of. Especially the "processing fee" what a joke. I hope Turbo Tax is the next big company to get sued for ripping people off. Total of 170 dollars to do your own basic taxes. Biggest joke ever!! Way to take advantage of the American people!
