So overpriced. Filing for resident and non resident is extremely confusing, forced to use premium services because I own and invest extremely little in stocks. Terrible. Will not return.

Turbo Tax need to be Honest!

I signed onto what I had thought would be a zero charge option for filing my taxes, and I was consistent in selection the option in which TurboTax would not charge me for filing my taxes through their site. However, Turbo Tax made it so that there was no option to file my taxes unless I paid for the premium which was higher than my tax refund, and thus lost more money than I gained.
I am unlikely to recommend Turbo Tax because of this reason. It may not seem like a lot for people who can afford them to stick their hand in the cookie jar, but for someone like me where every penny counts it is another matter entirely.
