Taxes are complicated, even worse if you have more than just a W2, but there is a lot of help in TT, I have used it for many years now

OVERALL VERY GOOD. I USED THE SELF FILING OPTION WITH NO HELP. I KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT IF I DIDN'T, THEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH HARDER. I WOULD HAVE HAD TO USE THE ASSISTED FILING OPTIONS.

Because I've been doing my taxes through turbotax for years, TurboTax has records of my previous returns. This makes it easy to identify my tax situations, and update rather than remember everything I did the year. prior.

TURBO TAX SAID I NEEDED ANOTHER 1099 INT FORM BUT I HAS ALREADY ENTERED IT. I FOUND THE MISTAKE AND IT COST ME $20 DOLLARS BECAUSE I THOUGHT WE WERE MISSING A FORM

Instructions for 1099 could have been clearer. It kept asking for numbers I didn't have. Also, I shouldn't be forced to pay for premium just because I sold about $20 in stocks.

A few problems

I did not like my inability to look at the tax forms until the very end, and even then I could not see all of the worksheets. Also, you did not show all of the modifications to my Maryland state income on your automated help sheet. Otherwise, TurboTax worked fine.
