Like a gentle nurse checking your head for lice...

Every year Turbo Tax gets better and better. It reminds me of when I was in elementary school and the nurse would gently check your hair for lice. Initially it was a little scary but then you get goose bumps and it is so comforting. Same way with Turbo Tax. I was apprehensive at first but when it was over I felt all warm and fuzzy.

Overall the experience is good but I HATE the prompts to add a service, to upgrade the software tier or to ask to share personal information.
