Prices are outrageous. It shouldn't be this difficult to file with anything beyond a W2. Used to love filing with turbotax.

The website says free to file , definitely was not free to file. Got charged 200 bucks and more for filling my taxes with this company.

Annoying sales pitches everywhere. Ask once, stop asking. You charged me for Premium, I have no securities trades this year. Do you just charge the same each year? No explanation, no pricing tiers given.
