Turbo Tax is always easy for me to use. The direction they provide in preparing your tax return is easy to understand and informative. I have been using them for the past few years, and will continue to do so.

Turbo Tax was more difficult to use this year

I have used Turbo Tax for about 30+ years and for some reason this year was the most difficult ever. It was very difficult to maneuver around and to find things. At one point it somehow changed my filing status which completely messed up my return and it took me quite a while to figure out how to change it back.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I Miss the Refund Estimator

Everything is fine, but please return the refund estimator at the top. It was my reassurance that what I was entering was working/transmitting.
