Quick but Clunky

TurboTax is definitely convenient and quick, but it is clunky. Instead of letting me go back to change 1 or 2 steps, I have to go through several questions that I already answered. It should give you the option. Also, it did not understand my entry corrections for the 8889 form, which was frustrating. I hope Turbo can continue to improve.

TurboTax Let Me Down

I did not like having to delete on of my state returns and start over. I have been filing 2 state returns for years and not had to delete and start over. Why can't I just pay the extra state filing fee and get them all done at the same time.
