It was a decent experience overall. I would like less sales pitches along the already tedious journey. Stop trying to sneakily save my info with easily glossed over check boxes.
The product is generally good, but there are a few problems. The program skipped adding my Social Security benefits the first time around. The final review did not catch the error, and I did not notice it until I printed out the return. I immediately tried to amend the return, but was not able to until more than a week later. This caused considerable inconvenience and anxiety. Also, the frequent attempts by TurboTax to upsell and add products is annoying and borders on deceptive.
