Turbo Tax is not awesome.

It is too expensive, and the only way to get actual help is to pay for a person — which I cd do myself, and not doing which is the reason people use your product in the first place.
The return has been rejected four times, and it's about to get a fifth. I have the correct AGI and I used the five-digit PIN from last year.
Then I got the IRS ID PIN from my IRS.gov account — AND THERE'S NO PLACE TO ENTER IT IN THE FILING PROCESS. ONLY THE FIVE DIGIT PIN, NOT THE SIX DIGIT PIN. SO WHAT'S THE POINT OF GETTING IT WHEN YOU DON'T OFFER A PLACE TO ENTER IT.

I preferred when you guys didnt take a whole chunk of my taxes when Im filling out everything myself. And seriously a 40 dollar charge on top of the fee just to pay you from the taxes you are charging me to file
