turbotax is a letdown for complicated returns

Not enough explanation for how it generates each form. If you need to file an amendment or have an uncommon situation, turbotax does not make it easy to search for the right form and entry points.

Turbo tax is always so easy to use and if there's something I'm not sure of, I can always click the question mark or ask an expert. I was worried about filing for my business for the first time but the process was easy.
