sometimes they can't help with certain sitations as foster/adoptive parents because birth parents try to claim kids so we have to mail taxes in.

Did not like extra 40$ fee

I like it. But it costs too much money been using for years. It said 89$ from 129$ would be the cost, but at the end of it i was still charged 129$ your fee for “processing” is LAME. Considering we are already paying. i may seek other options next year. I feel like it’s false advertisement when it continuously says “89$”.

lobby to make taxes easier for the layman

Taxes extremely difficult and frustrating to fill out. Requires obscure paperwork nobody in their right mind would have on hand. poor explanations of what paperwork it asks for and how to obtain it.

Guides me through the process and has helpful bubbles if you need to understand what the question their asking. the Importing process has been very helpful as well. I've used Turbo Tax for many years and they make it easy.
