I couldn't fix the At Risk Investment option that cut my refund in half and I don't know why. I am not sure it's correct but I submitted anyway as I couldn't figure out how to find it again

They automatically signed me up for the paid version and attached it to my W-2 form without any explanation—I don’t own a business or any stocks! But they charged me $208.

TurboTax is Great!

The process was simple, Turbo Tax guided most of the process. They interface is user friendly and it educates you as you go through "Learn More" feature. Also, mentions new tax laws.

Turbo Tax is the best Tax software I've used.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and for my tax purposes, it seems to get better each year. I'm grateful to have a software that helps me with such a complex process and make it feel doable.
