Please fix issues

W2 and Charles Schwab documents did not load. The system kept looping or cycling itself back to the filing status. Too many reviews to get through when trying to finalize payment process.

Tricked by the TurboTax Free Edition Google Ad

We at TrendyGoodsBase.com, have been using Intuit's Sophisticative products for years. Although, we don't like the misleading TurboTax Free Edition Google ADs Offer, or the SUPRISE $40 Processing fee. We still use Intuit year after year because alternative programs don't provide the smooth, clear, worry-free, filing this product provides. We've learned to expect the price of admission, which is an inexpensive price to pay, order to not have to come through all the options in search of savings. Thank You! Intuit Support Team for another wonderful year.

turbo tax saved my life

Turbo Tax allowed me to file my taxes in less than 2 hours. I have been filing with them since before I can remember, and I always get the MAX refund!! It is very easy to use since all of my information is stored and imported from previous years.
