Very Dissatisfied Customer

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always been satisfied with it, until this year. I had problems with the software - I was unable to edit the data. The AI assist was completely useless. The screens on the sale of a house were poorly designed and very difficult to follow. Even the review of the data was difficult. This "new" version of turbo tax was unacceptable, and I'll not be using it again.

Price has gone up

It has gotten much more expensive since I started using TurboTax... to the point where I do not think I will use it next year. Yes, it is great and all, but wow, they ended up taking about 10% of my federal return.
