Turbo Tax Works

I Have been filing my taxes with Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and it has progressively been easier and easier to file. even though my filing has become more complicated, Turbo Tax has been extremely easy to use and navigate.

TurboTax is going the wrong direction

It was much simpler in prior years (customer since 2008.) Had to enter all forms by hand even after downloading from institutions or phone photo in your app. Program seemed slower and "Help" was poor. Found solutions by going on Google. Had to request the "Help" to get to the page to enter SSA info? Prior years it was listed. Almost seemed you were trying to force me to upgrade...hmm. Lastly, my institutions, Vanguard, Prudential, even SSA, were not recognized as partners to download. Get better.

Good and fast tax filing

Decent service, better than doing it by myself. a little clunky and it wasnt the easiest to edit parts specifically my self employment section, but all around good.
