Great and easy. DON'T fall for the processing fee!

It's easy to use and it's simple enough to do it quickly. The $40 processing fee that I almost fell for is ridiculous and I can't believe that you are trying to rip people off by that much when we're all already struggling. It's robbery. This $40 fee wasn't there the last time I used this so I'm glad I opted out and just paid for the service upfront. There has to be another way for you to pay using your refund without this enormous processing fee because in the past it didn't even exist...

It just takes so long to go through the process - so many clicks and starting over a section when you need to just check/change one thing, but you have to go through 15 screens. ugh.
Also the constant sales pitch for more services is terrible, you're basically already extorting me for money because the tax system is so complicated. And last - I didn't want to efile my state and pay you extra money for that but somehow once I selected the option I couldn't opt out so you got even more money from me.

I have been using Turbo tax for several year. Love the product. Love the ability to important documents/forms. Also the help function and ability to utilize a professional for answer depending on the level of Turbotax you purchase.
