I like my experience but absolutely hate the fact that I have to be diligent about the addon charges that you continually try to sneak into the process

I don't like the new product. I miss being able to click on "look at the forms". I preferred the product you had last year. Why do you keep changing it? Make it easier to choose "type it myself". I hope next year you bring back some of the things you got rid of.
