Too expensive

I’ve been using TurboTax for years and it’s easy to work with the program. Unfortunately I will need to find something else as it’s just getting too expensive and I am now on a fixed income.

TurboTax Needs To Do Better Than This..

I enjoy using TurboTax, and I use it every year, but these prices to do the work myself is criminal. I could've enjoyed $1200 of my return, but nooo I had to give up almost $200 of my own money to input my own information into this system, when these days, A.I. is doing a majority of the work or even all the work for most companies. Times are harder these days, and $200 barely covers gas, bills and groceries. I hope TurboTax does a better job with their pricing going forward. Most people desperately need every dollar these days to avoid homelessness. Please do right be your customers in the future.
