Quick easy product, though I ended up owing taxes it wasn't unexpected and in fact Turbo Tax saved me from getting a tax penalty!

Getting too greedy!

I didn't receive any additional help with my 1099-k form, yet you forced me to pay $100 for Premium. I still don't have any clue if I've done it correctly. I refuse to give you more money that I can't afford. You also charged me $39 for filing the State return (again with no additional help. And then you charged me $40 so you could get your payment taken out of my refund. You also constantly bombard me with upgrade requests, while I'm doing all the work!

Don't understand how my fiance got 5500 dollars every year when she filed but this year I filed as head of household and only received 900 dollars.
