Unfair move to premium

Because I had to enter a capital gain this year - TurboTax forced me into moving up a product even though the form I required was available on the deluxe version. I didn't need any of the extra's that came with the premium version. That's unfair and takes advantage of customers that have been loyal to you for many years.

Distasteful Business Practices

Tries to upsell you every few steps. I also had to do my whole state return before I could say that I didn't want to file with them.
