I like TurboTax but its $$$$

First time user. It was pretty easy to use. I took longer than the average user but wanted to make sure I had everything correct. I usually use an outside tax service, but coworkers talked me into this

I have been filing my Federal and State taxes with the assistance of TurboTax since 2017. It is a very easy and quick process. It saves me alot of time and stress every year.

Good but not great...better than paying someone

This has been a reliable and fairly simple product to use. There are some shortcomings that are aggravating, like trying to make a business that is no longer in business go away, but that is frustratingly marginal to overcome.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax makes it easy to submit my own returns, even with some slightly complicated situations. I have saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the years avoiding tax accountants.
