Amendment was easy

The amendment experience was easy to use, I am concerned when the program required me to print a Form 1040-V showing an amount due when I had already paid the full amount and am actually due a refund based on the amended return.

I have found TurboTax User Friendly, Easily Understood and Thorough Tax Topics, Successful at Finding Additional Tax Breaks, Continuously Saves Entered Data, and so much more. TurboTax is my "Go To" every single year I will continue to be a happy customer and spread the word when the opportunity arises.

I haven't filed my own taxes in ages. I always had to wait for someone or depend on someone else. TurboTax didn't just guide me, but it also taught me. That's greater than the easy experience itself. Thank you.

Not using TurboTax next year

I was stuck in a loop after i had already paid for the service, this makes me decide I will not be using TurboTax next year if you have website issues that keep me from completing to file my taxes. I do not like to be charged for a service if its not completed and filed or stops me from filing in a timely manner.

It works. Had trouble with investment info though cause it wasn't accurately transferring but after manually entering the info it worked.

I do not like the online version I was able to do other returns under one license that I PAY for that is no longer an option. I will no longer use Turbo tax I will pay a CPA it will be Cheaper
