I have to pay full price because I have a capitol loss carry over. I have to take the credit or I will lose it in the future. I should be able to file for free.

This software is very user friendly. It was easy and quick. I recommend Turbo Tax for those individuals who like to file their own taxes.

CHAD WAS AWESOME! HE HELPED ME WORK THROUGH SOME ERRORS ON MY RETURN THAT I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT MYSELF. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND KIND. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I HAD TO CALL IN AGAIN I WOULD WANT TO SPEAK TO CHAD
