TurboTax gets it done!

Overall a good experience. There was a glitch at the end when finishing up the state form. It seemed the system got stuck in a loop and kept going back to start. I had to delete the state form and start over with it completely. After that, everything finished up ok. Just took an extra 45 minutes or so to go back and do the state all over again so knocked off a star for that.

Needs to be Simplified

It was honestly a stressful and confusing experience. I hope I did everything right because many sections or questions were worded so confusingly, and the help buttons were not helpful. They need to consider that people born as early as 2006 are beginning to use tubro tax and file their taxes; this wasn't as easy as the ads make it out to be.

Issues paying for tax fees

I normally Use Turbo tax and have no issues, However, I tried to pay several times with mulitple times for my fees while trying to file and it keep giving me an error message.

$25 delivery fee - questionable

Just gotten so expensive. The $25 delivery fee at the end of the process is misleading and quite a rip-off.
