$40 Service Charge Nonsense

Tried to sneak in a 40 dollar service fee on me paying with Turbo Tax with my refund amount. It said my total was 128$, then at the very end it said that it was $168 and tried to sneak that by me on the checkout page. Absolutely outrageous.
