Very quick and easy! I ran into a little hiccup on the tax liability section for state and pressed the question mark up top and asked for a representative. The rep called be and walked me through it within 5 minutes!

TurboTax is Easy to Use

Easy to use even with a few unclear actions/questions like RMD for pensions. These were distributions, not RMDs but the questions on TurboTax became irrelevant but required for filing purposes.

Great that you save info from previous years. But WAY too many random animations and buttons to click. Simplicity is quality. And it's WAY too expensive.

Need work on software

Takes way too long to file if it's an easy form and over charged for easy form. I'm well aware other individuals were charged $0 to do an easy form, but you gave me no choice to go back and choose? I work very hard for my money to just give it away.
