I've been with turbo tax for about 9 years now and absolutely love being in control of my taxes. I work so hard for all year and love that they show me all the tax breaks I'm eligible for!

I've been using TurboTax for several years now and have not been disappointed. It is easy to use and explains tax forms if you are not familiar with them.

Turbo Tax New Changes Keep You Lost

I have always loved and used Turbo Tax. But I gave it one less star this year because of the way the design has changed. In the past it had a very clear way through the system. You knew where you were in the time line of filing, and could switch easily from section to section. Now, it just gets you answering questions, and you find yourself lost and not knowing where you are or where different sections are. It was VERY frustrating! I had to use Chat GPT to help me get through it this year, as your own internal system wasn't helping me at all.
