Turbo Tax Used to be Good

Turbo Tax used to be the gold standard for usability. Now it is just a clunky, confusing tool aimed at upsells compared to efficiently filing your taxes. Sigh...

It was fast and easy. I was very nervous about having to do a 1099 but the process was quick and simple. It was very thorough and accurate in finding the information I missed or skipped

TurboTax for 2025 less user-friendly

I've used TurboTax for several years (15 maybe), but this year's experience was different. Instructions we not as clear; I had a more difficult time knowing where in the return I was at. It could be that I've just gotten older, but it was not a pleasant experience. I still trust the accuracy of TurboTax; it was just harder this year,

Been using TurboTax now for a couple years, it definitely helps me save and also better for my situation. Specially since i dont make much. Super easy to use and navigate once you get the hang of it and as long as you keep track of everything. Things move smoothly. I would highly recommend using TurboTax.
