Easy to file

Turbo tax makes it easy to file, but there are too many upcharges. Turbo tax made it tricky for people to file for free. There are all kinds of additional services offered/suggested throughout the filing process that's essentially either to up sell customers, or designed to deceive/pressure customers into paying to file. People should be weary of this. Aside from that, the services are fine.

Doesn't offer proper instructions on some forms without you having to pay more and more for each little service offered. It's cheaper for me to go to a tax accountant!

Been using for years and appreciate the ease. Also appreciate the prompts and available guidance while completing taxes. Use Quickbooks too-which is very helpful and loads right into Turbo Tax at tax time.
