Thought the Turbo-tax program was thorough and matched my expectations. My only concern is about the pricing and the constant internal offers to increase services for an additional fee.

Turbo Tax is Great!!

I hate doing taxes, but I got through it in one piece thanks to Turbo Tax and Modupe. I got stuck filling my form out and put in a call to Turbo Tax help line. Modupe walked me through it and was so affirming about the process. She is a gem! I still paid less than using a tax preparer.

I would have given 5 stars if the fee would have been $99 at the end like it was presented in the beginning. But I ended up paying $139 some how. Which is okay, but I just don't know how it went from $99 to $139.
As far as the service to get my taxes done, it is great. I use it every year and it has my saved info, which makes it super fast and easy.

Terrible, USE ANY OTHER Tax Prep service

They force you to pay for Products and Subscription that dont apply to you or that you dont want.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FILE FOR FREE. I DID MY WHOLE TAX RETURN BY MYSELF BUT STILL WAS FORCED TO PAY A DANG PREMIUM! NOT legal or fair !! Last year Ill be using this Pile of Poop
