Turbo tax is still my go to for taxes

Still, a great service used to be smoother. But maybe that is not Turbotaxes fault, maybe it's just the tax reforms and new laws passed making taxes more arduous

Pay To File With Federal Return Fee

I've Used TurboTax to file my taxes every year and i always pay to file with my federal return. I don't remember having to pay a $40 fee to do that ever in the past. I already had to pay you guys $138 to file and now i have to pay $178. I don't know if was a thing in the past and I just looked over it. But I if it wasn't i don't like that it is now. Before seeing that i would've given a rating of 5 stars but now i'm giving 3. I do like the product but it just seems like you are adding an additional fee for no reason.

Not Sure I'll Keep Using/Forced to "Correct" Info

In some ways it is helpful and efficient, but it is limited and frustrating because it does not allow necessary overrides for some empty boxes, when they SHOULD be empty given the form (specifically 2441) or were empty on the original reporting form (1099). It kept forcing me to review and fix, and prevented me from efiling. It seems to do this intentionally to try to get me to pay for a higher level of produce ("Max" service).
