Thank you for continuously finding ways to keep a minimal effort to making filing taxes easier and convenience of being at home instead of being overwhelmed face to face. It is easy to navigate and learn a lot as you go through the process of filing.

Fairly easy to navigate. What would make the experience slightly easier, would be a start to finish “path” at the top of the page. At any time during the process, an individual can simply tap on any portion of the “path” and it instantaneously brings the tax preparer back to that point in the tax return.
Using the back arrows may feel like the information may have to be re-entered.
