Live experts every year had issues helping me. Not experts. Every page sight is always trying to upsell you. Irritating. Never would recommend.

Federal is federal, however when it comes to the state portion boy howdy does TurboTax shine.
So many options and possible credits and I even got a few that I didn't know about.

I have been a loyal customer since it was on CD, probably 16 years ago. I love it. It is a problem solver. I highly recommend it. It keeps me informed with all the legalities related to personal taxes.
