I was mugged and shook down by software.

"Upfront and honest about the price"
At 90% completion it literally held my state return hostage, threatened to delete it on the spot unless I coughed up another $39 dollars. This feels like it should be illegal. I hate your service from this experience. I would recommend others to find any possible alternative to turbo tax and intuit as they are slimy and difficult to remove once you get into bed with them.

I've been using Turbo Tax and found it better than paying someone to do what I can do myself. Less likely for scams and people inputing things for higher gains. I know it is legit and honest and will Gove me the correct return I deserve.

Service Great, Pricing subpar

I give four stars because the service is 5 stars but as far as the pricing and being charged for every little thing is just such a disappointment. I enjoy the service but would recommend anyone who can't file not to use you all as the pricing is steep when the IRS website offers everything free if you qualify.
