My experience with Turbotax Premium has been great. I've been using it for over 5 years. Never disappoints. It is quick and easy! Plus it gives you maximum refund. Now that's the best part :)

Overall out of all the years I’ve use TurboTax, this year was buggy and kept crashing. Having me reenter info several times. And sometime not responding at all
