Turbo Tax is great

I love Turbo Tax and being able to file my own taxes from home, being guided through the process and assistance being offered if needed.

HIDDEN FEES

Was forced to pay additional $44.00 for direct deposit. I had already declined several times for additional fees/services for upcharges (ie. identity monitoring, ect.) . Then at the end they still made me pay.

You guys tricked me. I was under the impression that I was using the free version of the Turbo tax. I kept clicking everything resembling the free version. Once I got to the end, I get hit with a $183 fee. Not uaing Turbo tax next year, that's for sure.
