I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years! Without a doubt it is super easy to understand and very user friendly. Before I dreaded tax season, now it is a breeze since my information is pulled from my previous returns and there is a comparison .

"Upfront and honest about the price"
At 90% completion it literally held my state return hostage, threatened to delete it on the spot unless I coughed up another $39 dollars. This feels like it should be illegal. I hate your service from this experience. I would recommend others to find any possible alternative to turbo tax and intuit as they are slimy and difficult to remove once you get into bed with them.
