Turbotax hits you with so many various and expensive fees, the only reason i chose to use them this year is because i wasnt aware theyve made it even more expensive. my cost doubled from just last year! next year I will be going elsewhere!!

i never intentionally selected premium and when I realized that it had somehow gotten selected, i was unable to deselect it, therefore charging me for turbotax when the only reason i use the product is because it is easy and i am military

Turbo tax has been my go to for many years now. It is super easy to use and very user friendly. Gives you great help and suggestions along the way. Makes doing taxes easier and not such a hassle.

Everything was easy to use. Not happy with the price. Wish for years of continual use there would be a break for returning people. We have the same cost as everyone else
