Security & Increase Costs

Security is great but logging in is not simple and required me to utilize 2 codes, 1 via text, and 1 via email. I do appreciate the security efforts. I am not eligible to use the app or free file via the IRS however I'm sure the cost has increased to support the bottom line and to offset the free filers at my expense. After all of these years using turbotax I am disapointed.

I've been using Turbo Tax for a few years now and it's always easy and 'somewhat' understandable! I had to REread a couple questions this year, but on the whole, pretty understandable.

It's a scam. Write down your IRS Pin number otherwise you won't be able to free file with the IRS.
