Have used TurboTax for years with very few exceptions and on the years we opted to stray we have always come back to TurboTax for various reasons that the other places we tried just left us saying " I never had this trouble on TurboTax" we have been and will be a permanent customer...

Easy and Time Efficient

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now, and each time I really like the experience. It is fairly easy to use and provides explanations for forms, deductions, credits, etc. I do always feel like I end up upgrading my plan, unfortuntately, but I do have more complex situations to file, so it is not unreasonable. Alas, the point is that I can actually file my taxes on my own, which is a miracle!
