It was easy and convenient. However I don't like that I couldn't see the progress of my refund as I went through the steps like a different software I used in the past. It would be amazing for them to add that feature for the future.

Turbo tax worked pretty well for me. There are some areas that were harder to navigate than others.

Paying over $100 for me to do everything myself. Honestly been using turbo since I was 18 will be looking into cheaper or free options next year. Website couldn't find my W2 so I had to manually input information. Doesn't remove headache like it used to only causes a bigger one.

I have been a TurboTax customer since 2014; today, for the first time I ran into a glitch (State ID info) where transmitted W2 info was not fully recognized; however, the diligent advice of your representative, who was knowledgeable, and patient with me (I'm 80 years old), we were able to work through all the issues blocking the successful transmission of my return. Bottom Line: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
