Easy To Use

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years. It is always easy to follow the directions in the program, so it make filing your taxes more bearable. I only gave them a 4 this year because for some reason they did not have the fact that I E-filed with them last year, so I had to go through quite a few more steps to E-file this year.
