No hassle, comfortable at home

Great, makes the task doable. No hassle a lot of documents be needed but I get it, but i get to do this in the comfort of my home, and not take up so much time at an office with an accountant.

This whole process is stupid.
I have to pay a company to send my paperwork to the government, paperwork they already have, to ask for money back (or to pay money) because companies like TurboTax lobbied to ensure I have to file this paper work, often leaving one to use their filing services due to the complications of tax filing.
Other countries don't do this.
The software makes it relatively easy to file the taxes, the process is only painful because there are fees charged along the way and the necessary information is not always easy to find. the information the IRS already has...
