great for taxes terrible for saving money

we shouldnt have to pay money to file taxes. turbo tax makes it easy to file BUT SO DIFFICULT TO NOT PAY PREMIUM

TurboTax should be ashamed

It is not only completely crazy that we have to pay taxes on stuff we buy, sell or on money we make, but on top of all that its beyond disgusting that you're charging $35 fee to have the tax refund sent to the your bank account with just one other option but mailing the return. Per YOUR processing bank disclosure form there is an electronic option to have turbotax to efile for FREE, but when the option was given to have a mail check or bank the efile free option was NOT presented. I send you an invoice for $35, I'd hate to know how many people weren't givin that option that the disclosure states the efile is free. I'm wondering if a lawsuit is the better option. NON OF WHAT I WROTE IS FAKE OR MISLEADING, per your terms and conditions.

2024 tax

First year I've ever felt pressured from TurboTax trying to force the more expensive program on me with TurboTax live had to erase everything I did and start over in order to downgrade if it's like this next year I will not use the product
