Way too many hidden fees

Way too many hidden fees and costs. Was added to a paid TurboTax service and didn't realize it, not to mention the fees at the end.

Disappointed in Turbo Tax

I communicated with an Agent due to confusing instructions and guidance in the Income section relating to my Federal Pension and the rolling over of it and IRA's. The Agent was exceptional in his assistance and was pleasant to work with. However, there was another issue I came upon was that the non-cash charitable contributions form was not updated or ready to use to file my return. So the filing of my return was put on hold and said the form update would be ready by 1/28/2026 but it was still not available on this date. So I removed most of my donations in order to get my return filed. This caused me to lose $274 of my refund. Not having the software up and ready to use when the IRS started accepting returns did not make me happy since it cost me $92 to use the Turbo Tax program and it wasn't even ready to use on time. As a result I may not use this program next year. I'm very disappointed in it.

Fast and easy, TurboTax is a big help, and it keeps all past filed taxes on record, just in case you need them
